The Association of European Chambers in Colombia “Eurocámara” brings together the European binational chambers of commerce in Colombia.
From its foundation, Eurocámara has been the spokesperson for the interests of affiliated companies to their member Chambers on behalf of these entities in front of the government institutions, in order to promote trade between Colombia and the European Community, and any other issues which may be considered important.
This entity also makes communication, information and lobbying campaigns at European level. It is in continuous contact with the different general sections of the European Commission, the Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of Regions, through the monitoring of their activities and meetings.
Eurochambers takes positions concerning the economic and business matters that arise in the EU institutions. It also coordinates different projects, in order to promote trade and economic relations between Colombia and members countries of the European Union. It also boosts activities to strengthen the European Network of Chambers of binational Commerce and its members.
